HBC disease: Notice the rectangular HB crystals. One is ate center.

Atypical lymphocytes: Large lymphocytes with fine chromatin and molding of cytoplasm with surrounding RBCs. Colour of the cytoplasm is deep blue where it touches the RBCs.
